This Email Consent policy explains how Social Lounge Holdings LLC ("Club Kava," "we," "us," or "our") obtains, records, and honors your consent to receive marketing emails. It applies when you opt in to Club Kava email marketing at the guest Wi-Fi captive portal or otherwise agree to receive Club Kava marketing emails.

You may voluntarily opt in when connecting to Club Kava Guest Wi-Fi. The captive portal asks for your name, mobile number, and email, and shows one optional checkbox for marketing texts and emails that is unchecked by default.

Checking the box and submitting the form is your consent to receive Club Kava marketing emails at the email address you provide and marketing text messages at the mobile number you provide.

The same checkbox covers both email and SMS marketing. This policy is about email.

Consent is optional. You can connect to guest Wi-Fi and visit Club Kava without agreeing to marketing emails or texts. Consent is not a condition of accessing Wi-Fi or making a purchase.

Providing an email address or joining in-store rewards is not consent to email marketing.

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring promotional and marketing emails from Club Kava. Emails may include promotional offers, event announcements, hours updates, and other Club Kava news.

Frequency varies. You may receive occasional promotional emails.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in every Club Kava marketing email.

You may also contact us at info@clubkavaco.com to request removal from email marketing.

We do not sell or share your email address or email-consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

We may use service providers (for example, Resend) that process information on our behalf solely as necessary to send the Club Kava email program. Those providers are not permitted to use your email address or email-consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
